Mercedes-Benz Places – Binghatti City is a large-scale master-planned development in Meydan, Dubai, created through a partnership between Emirati developer Binghatti and Mercedes-Benz. Spanning 10 million square feet, the project is designed as a self-contained district that integrates residential towers with retail, leisure, wellness and mobility infrastructure. The concept is built around Mercedes-Benz’s “Sensual Purity” design philosophy and aims to deliver what the developers describe as a “city within a city.”
With a total of 15,000 units planned, the district includes studio and multi-bedroom apartments across multiple towers. The development also features parks, green corridors, cultural spaces, sports zones, dining venues and dedicated mobility hubs. This marks Binghatti’s first master-planned community and the second branded collaboration with Mercedes-Benz, following Mercedes-Benz Places Dubai.
