The settlements were processed through the Oqoodi Platform service, the Dubai Media Office revealed on Sunday.
The Dubai Land Department (DLD) has successfully resolved 647 real estate disputes valued at over AED1.38 billion in the first half of 2024, as announced by the Dubai Media Office (DMO) on Sunday. These settlements were facilitated through the Oqoodi Platform service, which validated all agreements.
The DLD’s initiative is designed to handle property disputes outside of the court system, employing legal experts to mediate negotiations between involved parties. This strategy aims to maintain business relationships and minimize the costs associated with legal proceedings.
